Eligibility for Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the nature of the service or product purchased:
- Service Retainers: Refundable if requested within 7 days of the first payment, provided no significant work has commenced.
- Digital Products: Generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless technical failure is proven.
- Custom Software: Governed by the milestones defined in the specific Master Service Agreement (MSA).
The Refund Process
We strive to make the process as professional and timely as possible:
1. Submit Request
Send an email to support@arrpsolutions.in with your transaction details and reason.
2. Review
Our billing department will review the request within 3-5 business days.
3. Settlement
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 days.
Exceptions
Please note that setup fees, government taxes already paid, and third-party costs (like domain registration or server hosting) are strictly non-refundable.
